After about 10 years Art management experience, I have done media planning for large Japanese corporations in terms of CSR/ESG communication such as producing sustainability/CSR report and Integrated report, web-site, taking place several events for clients, and playing role of facilitator in public/private events, seminars and symposiums produced by several institutions.

Joined Hitachi Solutions, Ltd. in 1985, where he worked for 20 years in operations related to education, human resources, and human resource development. In April 2015, he transferred to Hitachi, Ltd. where he served as senior manager of the Sustainability Promotion Division from 2017 to 2019, responsible for developing and promoting the Hitachi Group’s sustainability strategy. In June 2020, the ESG Disclosure Study Group was established and he became co-chairman of the group, where he remains to this day.
