Born in Yokohama in 2001. He learned about the SDGs in his first year of high school biology class, and began working on content production aimed at making the SDGs more accessible to students. In May 2018, he established “50cm”, a student organization that works to achieve the SDGs. The group seeks to change the “conscious” atmosphere that has traditionally surrounded social issues and solutions, and to find a way for more actors to tackle the SDGs as their own business. His short film “Take action, Again.” won the SDGs creative award 2018. In 2020, he entered Yokohama National University, where he is researching community, well-being, and education from the perspective of urban sciences. He is also the founder of “Design, more.”, a project that uses the power of design to create cross-disciplinary action. He conducts workshops and develops teaching materials in order to create a base for connecting school education and social issues. He was assigned as the producer of Sustainable Brands Japan in 2022. He is conducting the creation and planning of the youth community “nest”.
