When I was a student, I saw how cities were changing due to the vitality of people and nation, and I developed a passion for the construction industry.
After joining Kumagai Gumi, I worked at the branch and on-site, and then joined the Finance Department. I was engaged in “International fund management/procurement”, ” Stock-related work”, and “IR”, and was appointed as finance manager in 2013.
Since 2015, I had been promoting corporate alliances at the Corporate Planning Department.Since 2021, I’ve been appointed Deputy General Manager of the Business Development Department, I’m engaging new business areas such as offshore wind power business and ‘black bark pellet’ business.
I’m overcome with the importance and difficulty of ‘ambidextrous management,’ and am working hard every day.
