This marks her fourth appearance at the Sustainable Brands International Conference (2021, 2024, 2025, 2026).
As the head of corporate Sustainability & ESG and Social Impact, she works with the hope that each individual will take ownership of making society and environment better, moving forward step by step.
Simultaneously, since 2022, she has continued serving as an adjunct professor at her alma mater, Hitotsubashi University. I primarily teach courses on CSR/CSV/Sustainability/Impact/DEI in English, mainly for international students, aiming to cultivate green talent.
Graduated from Hitotsubashi University’s Faculty of Commerce in 2001. Studied abroad at HEC Paris. Obtained an MBA from University of Paris, Dauphine and Sorbonne in 2007.
After working at NRI, IGPI, A.T. Kearney, Pernod Ricard, and MHD Moët Hennessy Diageo, she has been in her current position since January 2023.
She has experience in sustainability from three perspectives: consulting firms, operating companies, and universities.
She enjoys wine (Sommelier & WSET Level 3), art, and sustainability.
Yoichi Mori is a sustainability and corporate reporting professional with experience in auditing, assurance, and governance advisory. He has contributed to the development of international frameworks for integrated reporting and sustainability disclosure through the IIRC and CDSB, as well as to the development of GHG assurance standards through the IAASB. In Japan, he served as a Board Member of the Sustainability Standards Board of Japan (SSBJ) until March 2025. He currently serves as Technical Director of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the IFRS Foundation’s IRCC.
