I joined NTT in 1997 and, following the company’s reorganization, worked at NTT Communications, where I was involved in system engineering and project management, as well as the planning and development of cloud services.
From 2013, I led the launch and operation of the AI business “COTOHA,” focusing on NLP technologies such as chatbots, STT and TTS.
I later joined LINE as a Senior Account Executive, where I played a key role in launching and operating AI businesses including “LINE CLOVA” and “LINE AiCall.”
I am currently an Innovation Officer at NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS, where I am engaged in the launch and operation of Green Transformation (GX) businesses.
