FUN-First DE&I Workshop

This session is an interactive workshop using HERALBONY’s original card game “PEACE.” Participants work in teams while experiencing simulated perspectives such as “not being able to see” or “not being able to hear,” reflecting challenges often faced by minorities. Starting from FUN, participants put words to their differences and explore barriers that arise when working with diverse people, gaining a tangible understanding of fairness through an enjoyable, hands-on experience.
For brands to achieve sustainable growth, it is essential to transform diverse perspectives into organizational strength and to cultivate cultures that adapt to change. Through gameplay and dialogue, this workshop invites participants to notice unconscious assumptions and invisible barriers within organizations, and to experience how inclusive environments can be nurtured. Through interaction with other participants, attendees will take home new perspectives for reflecting on themselves and their organizations.
