Victoria Taylor is a recognized leader in sustainability reporting and communications, with over 20 years of experience advising global brands on best practice. As CEO of Flag, Vic leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering strategic insight, creative innovation and impactful reporting for clients navigating the evolving sustainability landscape. Vic and her team lead and advise on ESG and sustainability reporting programmes for high-profile organizations including Hitachi, McDonalds and General Motors.
A board member of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS) since 2020, Vic now serves as Vice Chair, where she plays a key role in advancing the profession. She is a regular speaker and facilitator at industry events, having recently chaired the plenary session at the UK Environmental Law Association’s annual conference, led a session on emerging trends in sustainability reporting at the ICRS Exchange in London.

He joined GlobeScan in September 2025 and supports Japanese companies by leveraging global research insights to advance engagement around sustainability-led management. Previously, he built extensive experience in the internet industry, spanning data-driven analysis, investor relations (dialogue with investors), and sustainability initiatives. He has worked on corporate communication that connects value creation narratives with financial and non-financial evidence.
