Joined Albatross Technology Inc in 2023. As the COO, mainly responsible for fundraising, PA/PR, and recruitment.
After joining Kawasaki Kisen, engaged in ship investment, IR, new business development, etc. In 2017, concurrently served as the chairman of the labor union executive committee. Subsequently joined A.T. Kearney, supporting clients with business due diligence and new business planning.
Have been involved in activities at the United Nations Forum and SVP Tokyo. Holds an MBA from IE Business School.

Masa joined SMBC (former Sumitomo Bank) in 1993.
After working in various areas such as real estate and aircraft finance,
corporate restructuring, and investor relations,
he served in London for 5 years from 2017.
Masa returned in April 2022 as the General Manager of the Corporate Sustainability Department, and assumed the current position in April 2023.
